1. Handmade Nature
All items are handmade, which means slight variations in color, texture, shape, and finish are expected. Small air bubbles, minor imperfections, and natural differences are part of the product’s character and not considered defects.
2. Candle Safety
Candles must be used responsibly. Lumière Haven & Co. is not liable for any damage or injury resulting from improper use. Please follow these guidelines:
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials.
- Place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
Failure to follow safety instructions is at the customer’s own risk.
3. Fragrance & Ingredients Safety
We use high-quality fragrance oils that are supported by Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and are widely recognized as non-toxic when used as intended. However, individual sensitivities may vary, and customers are advised to use products with care, especially if they have known allergies or respiratory sensitivities.
4. Concrete Products
Our concrete items are decorative and may be fragile. Avoid dropping or exposing them to strong impact. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
5. Colors & Appearance
We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and screen differences, actual products may vary slightly from what appears in photos.
6. Order & Usage Responsibility
Once an order is delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for the proper use, handling, and storage of the product.
